YPC‑AD‑190 Optimizes Workshop Andon Abnormal Alert Workflow
In discrete manufacturing workshops, timely abnormality notification directly influences production efficiency. Traditional separated Andon light and industrial terminal bring complex wiring and high maintenance cost. The YPC‑AD‑190 19‑inch industrial all‑in‑one PC integrates display, touch control, tri‑color Andon light and buzzer alarm into one unit, simplifying field deployment for manufacturing enterprises.
This 19‑inch model adopts long‑distance viewing display panel. Operators can clearly observe screen content and lamp status from different working positions on production line. Built‑in buzzer outputs audible reminder synchronously when abnormality signal triggers, realizing dual warning of light and sound.
Designed with all‑aluminum fully‑enclosed fan‑less structure, it eliminates fan failure risk, adapts to dust, slight vibration workshop environment and supports 7×24‑hour continuous operation. Both Android and Windows platforms are available, compatible with mainstream MES, ESOP and Andon management software.
Rich industrial communication interfaces are reserved, including gigabit Ethernet, RS232/RS485 phoenix terminals, convenient to connect PLC, on‑site sensors and other automation equipment. Two installation solutions: embedded for cabinet installation and wall‑mount for workshop public station.
The YPC‑AD‑190 is widely applied to assembly line MES workstation, production abnormal call station, workshop HMI operation terminal. Customization of screen brightness, interface definition and alarm logic is supported for project‑specific requirements.
